On a phone: open the app you need, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen, works with no signal, and keeps your survey safely on the phone between visits.

Your work saves as you go, on the device you are using — it is not sent anywhere. When a survey is finished, use Save project and send the file to the office.
